How do I place my order?
Simple! All orders can be placed directly online. Simply add your items to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout process to complete your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

Will I be charged sales tax?
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of California are charged sales tax.
Can I order by phone?
We've worked extra hard to make your online shopping experience quick and easy. We do not accept phone orders at this time. However, if there is an issue while placing your order, please contact us!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We know you need your floral products on time for your special event. We make every effort to process orders quickly.
Should you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and if possible, we'll gladly do it. However, once your order ships, we are unable to cancel or change your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship Oasis Floral products internationally.
How do I check the status of my order?
Easy! You can view the status of your order by logging into your account. This is the fastest and easiest method to get up to date details.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your order tracking number.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order status to change.
What are my shipping options?
Currently, we offer FREE Ground shipping on any order! We do not offer Express shipping at this time.
If I place my order today, how long does it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days, and transit time is typically 3-5 business days.
I placed an order, can I return it?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We really just want to focus on offering you the best price and service. We know how stressful event planning can be. So, in an effort to keep our Oasis Floral Supplies wholesale pricing as low as possible AND offer free shipping for any order, we do not accept returns on Oasis Floral products. Thank you for your understanding!
I received defective, damaged, and/or incorrect items, what do I do?
Oh no! We do all we can to package items for safe delivery. If your items were damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order. Please contact our customer service department via phone at 714-459-0600 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For defective, missing or incorrect items, please contact us immediately and we'd be more than happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Occasionally, we may ask for photos and detailed information to resolve the issue thoroughly and efficiently.
